Hyderabad/New Delhi, Nov. 26: The Chief Minister, Mr N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, will be leaving for New Delhi on Saturday morning to meet the Congress high command and finalise the new Cabinet which, sources say, will most likely be sworn in next Wednesday. Reddy has started preparing his own list of probables for Cabinet births and it is likely that he will get the list approved after meeting the party president, Mrs Sonia Gandhi. Meanwhile, nearly 30 MLAs from the state have reached New Delhi ahead of Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy to lobby for Cabinet berths. The former ministers, Parthasarathy, D.M. Vara Prasad, J.C. Diwakar Reddy and Mr Botsa Satyanarayana who, according to sources, might be the next PCC chief were also in the capital

Hyderabad, Nov. 26: The state government has decided to allow students who failed to renew their scholarships and enlist in the fee reimbursement scheme to submit online applications again from November 27 to December 15. This newspaper had highlighted the plight of lakhs of students who failed to register their names (Fee waiver eludes 3.4 lakh students dated November 22, 2010) and the government has now decided to give them a final chance. Thanks to the stringent norms, nearly 3.4 lakh students who availed of the fee reimbursement scheme last year were not able get into the list this time around. Out of 14 lakh students, only 11.6 lakh managed to submit their online applications before the deadline expired on November 20. Hundreds of colleges had also failed to register their colleges online to claim scholarships and fee reimbursement for their students.

With Chiranjeevi's PRP all set to enter the Kiran Kumar Reddy's cabinet, already heavy lobbying has started.

The Bhuma couple were the main ones who are said to have contacted Chiranjeevi after this announcement and reportedly told him that their family should get the best possible ministerial berths.

Vellampalli Srinivas (the Arya Vysya face of the PRP) also called up Chiranjeevi saying that if he gets a ministerial berth, this would send right signals to the Arya Vysya people.

On the other hand, the Kamma MLA from the PRP, Yalamanchili Ravi has also contacted Chiranjeevi for ministerial berth.

On the other hand, some Congress leaders like JC Diwakar Reddy, Shankar Rao etc are not so happy with the entry of the PRP leaders. Four ministers from the PRP would mean four less from the Congress.

Cinematography: Rajasekhar, Kiran
Director : Bommarillu Bhaskar
Producer : Naga Babu
Rating : 3.25/5

Note : We already published one review which was written by associate director Kollu Ramesh. Now this second review is written by assistant director S. Rajasekhar who is associated with the 'Just Yellow' productions of Gunnam Gangaraju.

STORY OF ORANGE IN BRIEF
----------------------------------------------

Ram Charan studies in Sydney. He scotches for love with the aim to keep it 'temporary' since he does not believe in 'long term relationships'.

His college mate is Jaanu (Genelia) who is different from Ram Charan. She is innocent and believes in long term relationships.

No guesses here. Ram Charan falls in love with her but there comes a point where he has to choose between Genelia and his beliefs and opinions on love.

Why does Ram Charan develop such negative opinion on love in revealed in a flashback (in which he is seen in a relationship with Shaahn Padamsee) and does e change his views at last forms the rest of the story.

ANALYSIS OF THE MOVIE
--------------------------------------

Before the analysis is written, one must say that the story is different and this is the first time that such a story has graced the Indian film industry. The story is based on the 'The Multiple Lover Phenomenon'. On this concept a film already came in Hollywood in 1990s in which the hero falls in love with different women but does not believe in long term relationships. A lot of research is also going in psychology regarding this concept in which a man falls for different women or a woman falls for different men.

The basic story line is great. But director Bhaskar should have used more care to prevent the 'dull' patches in between. The film has few dull moments and many bright moments.

The director should have explained the concept of the 'The Multiple-Lover Phenomenon' before the movie released so that the people would have understood the situation of Ram Charan in the movie.

PERFORMANCES
---------------------------------------

Ram Charan excels in his role. He carries the movie on his shoulders. He has transformed well from the role of a warrior in Magadheera to the lover boy in Orange.

Genelia looks good. She excelled in scenes where she has to look innocent. But in some scenes she looks 'quite chubby' and in other scenes she looks awesome.

Shazahan Padamsee was very cute. Many people were seen talking about this raw beauty and she will get more offers in Tollywood for sure. But she needs to improve on her facial expressions.

Brahmanandam and Avasarala Srinivas are okay. The comedy could have been better.

Nagababu, Manjula, Sanjay and others did justice to their roles.

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
----------------------------------------

The best point of the technical department is the music. All the songs are hummable and well choreographed.

The second best thing about the technical department is the cinematography and also the locations. Nagababu and Bhaskar selected the locations well.

Bhaskar made a slight mistake with the sky-diving scene. He could have put more cameras for it so as to get the best shot possible. Fights were few and well etched.

Dialogues are just okay. Costumes is another department which needs appreciation. Rama did a good job with that. Editing is crisp.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE MOVIE
------------------------------------------

1) Ram Charan
2) Genelia and Shazahn Padamsee
3) locations
4) Music
5) Choreography
